PAYMENT TERMS & PROJECT MILESTONES

FiberCloud LLC | General Payment Policy

1. REVIEW YOUR APPROVED QUOTATION

Please review the Project Overview and selected option in your FiberCloud quotation to confirm the payment schedule applicable to your project.

Payment percentages, deposits, due dates, and project milestones may vary depending on the scope, equipment requirements, and size of the project.

The payment schedule expressly stated in your approved quotation or signed agreement governs your project, subject to applicable law.

2. PAYMENT SCHEDULES & PROJECT MILESTONES

FiberCloud offers different payment arrangements depending on project requirements.

Common arrangements include:

60% Initial Deposit / 40% Final Payment

An initial deposit is due upon proposal approval, before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final walkthrough.

40% Initial Deposit / 40% Cabling Completion / 20% Final Payment

Payments are divided between project approval, completion of the designated cabling installation, and final system installation, testing, and walkthrough.

Custom Payment Milestones — Large Projects

For larger commercial, industrial, government, or multi-phase projects, FiberCloud may establish customized payment schedules based on equipment procurement, installation phases, completed milestones, or other mutually agreed conditions.

All project-specific milestones, payment amounts, and due dates will be identified in the approved quotation or written agreement.

These examples are illustrative and do not replace the terms of the customer's approved quotation.

3. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

FiberCloud accepts the following payment methods, subject to availability and the applicable invoice instructions:

ACH Bank Transfer — Preferred

We prefer ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments, which transfer funds directly between bank accounts. ACH helps reduce credit card processing costs and supports efficient payment processing.

Zelle

Zelle payments are also accepted when arranged with FiberCloud. Customers should confirm the authorized recipient information before transferring funds.

Credit or Debit Cards

Credit and debit card payments may be accepted through FiberCloud's authorized payment processing channels. Any applicable processing charges will be disclosed in advance and applied only where permitted by law and payment network rules.

Business or Personal Checks

Checks may be accepted subject to verification and bank clearance.

Payment instructions will be provided on the invoice or directly through an authorized FiberCloud representative.

4. RETURNED OR BOUNCED CHECKS

Checks returned due to insufficient funds, closed accounts, stop-payment orders, or other reasons will not be considered successful payment.

The customer remains responsible for the outstanding invoice balance.

FiberCloud may seek reimbursement of reasonable, documented bank charges and other amounts legally recoverable in connection with a returned payment, subject to applicable law.

After a returned check, FiberCloud may require replacement payment through an approved electronic payment method or certified funds.

5. LARGE PROJECTS & SPECIAL ORDERS

Large projects may require customized deposits and milestone payments to accommodate equipment procurement, project scheduling, subcontractors, and phased installations.

Special-order equipment, custom-configured products, and substantial material purchases may require advance funding as expressly stated in the approved quotation.

Any additional equipment, services, or changes outside the approved project scope must be authorized by the customer and may result in additional charges.

6. PAYMENT DUE DATES & OUTSTANDING BALANCES

Payments are due according to the milestones and deadlines specified in the approved quotation or invoice.

If payment is delayed, FiberCloud may contact the customer to resolve the outstanding balance and, where permitted by the agreement and applicable law, reschedule work that has not yet been performed.

Any late fees, finance charges, or collection costs will apply only when expressly agreed in writing and legally permitted.

7. PROJECT COMPLETION & FINAL PAYMENT

For projects with a final payment due upon completion, FiberCloud will coordinate final system testing and a project walkthrough as applicable to the approved scope.

Any outstanding items or concerns should be communicated promptly so they can be reviewed and addressed.

Final payment is due according to the completion and acceptance conditions expressly stated in the approved quotation, subject to applicable law.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

All payment arrangements are subject to the approved quotation, applicable written agreements, and governing law.

Changes to payment schedules must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
