SMS/TEXT MESSAGING
If you provide your mobile phone number on our website contact form and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages from FiberCloud LLC™ at that number related to your service, such as customer support, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and quotes and invoices. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
FiberCloud LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@fibercloudllc.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
You can delete your account or request that we delete your account by writing to us at privacy@fibercloudllc.com. If you choose to delete your account, we will begin the process of deleting your account from our systems.
We retain your information after you request such deletion for longer periods for specific purposes to the extent that we are obliged to do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and/or as necessary to protect our legal rights or for certain business requirements. For example, when we process your payments, we will retain this data for longer periods of time as required for tax or accounting purposes. - Security, fraud & abuse prevention: To protect you, other people, and us from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
